who we are

We are the service provider who facilitates the insured for their claim processing from TPA/Insurance company. We collect the claim documents from the Insured/Hospital & coordinate with TPA/Insurance company for the claim processing.

As a layman for insured, it becomes very difficult to get reimbursement. Below stated are the major factors that change the reimbursement process into a pathetic, time expensive and sometimes insured circle between the hospital and TPA / Insurance company-

  • Insured do not know the medical terms so he/she doesn’t understand the requirement of the Insurance company.
  • Hospital does not support insurance multiple times to provide the required information
  • Due to taxation-related issues, hospitals in small cities / rural areas do not maintain proper documents
  • TPA / Insurance does not explain the exact requirement to the Insured so that he/she can arrange the required documents in one go.
  • Insured do not know the complete process to process the claim efficiently
  • Sometimes Insurance agents do not disclose the complete policy condition and hide information due to their selling benefits
